摘  要:本文研究了超声波提取烟叶中的部分矿物元素 ,浸提液用 ICP- AES法测定 ,其中 K、Ca、Mg、B、Zn获得了较满意的结果 ,P、Mn的测定结果稍偏低。此方法快速安全、试剂用量少、污染小、操作简便 ,适合烟草样品中上述元素的快速检测。与硝酸 -高氯酸湿消化法对照 ,结果吻合。并测定了国家烟草标样 GBW0 85 14和 GBW0 85 15 ,其结果与标准值相符。The multi-elements in tobacco samples extracted by ultrasonic were determined by ICP-AES.The good results were achieved by this method for K,Ca,Mg,B,Zn,and the measured values of P and Mn were slightly low. This method is simple, fast and safe.It was suitable to determine multi-elements in large quantities of tobacco sample. The results are consistent well with those obtained by acid-digestion (system of HNO 3 and HClO 4), The tobacco standard samples of GBW 08514 and GBW 08515 were determined by this method, and the determined values agrees with the standard value.
