摘　　要：目的 :探讨骨调素 (OPN)在狼疮性肾炎 (LN)肾组织中的表达及意义。方法 :用微波免疫组化双重染色法观察肾组织OPN蛋白的表达 ,用原位杂交检测肾组织OPNmRNA的表达 ,并监测肾功能相关指标。结果 :LN肾小管OPNmRNA及蛋白表达较对照组明显增高。结论Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of osteopontin (OPN) in the kidney tissue of Lupus Nephritis (LN) patients. Methods: The expression of OPN and KP1 (rat antihuman macrophage monoclonal antibody) was detected with microwavebased double labelled immunostaining.The expression of OPN mRNA was detected with in situ hybridization. The relative index of renal function of patients were examined. Results:The OPN Protein and OPN mRNA expressions of LN patients were higher than those of normal group in the tubulointerstitial area. Conclusion: OPN showed a positive correlation with renal lesions in LN.
