摘　　要：目的 :探讨bcl 2和Fas/APO 1基因在宫颈癌患者血浆中的表达水平及与宫颈癌发生发展的关系。方法 :用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)检测 2 1例宫颈癌患者血浆中bcl 2和Fas/APO 1基因的表达水平 ,与 18例宫颈正常妇女的表达水平比较。结果 :bcl 2在 2 1例宫颈癌患者血浆中的水平为 (2 2 3.5 6 3± 1.6 19)U/ml(x- ±s) ,显著高于 18例宫颈正常者的 (6 6 .4 2 0± 1.4 0 1)U/ml(x- ±s) ,两者比较经t检验P <0 .0 5 ,差异有显著性 ;Fas/APO 1在 2 1例宫颈癌患者血浆中的水平为 (5 2 0 .116± 1.15 8)ng /L(x- ±s) ,明显低于 18例宫颈正常者 (6 38 2 6 3± 1 2 4 1)ng/L(x- ±s) ,两者比较P <0 .0 5 ,差异有显著性。结论 :在宫颈癌中bcl 2高表达 ,而Fas/APO 1低表达 ,bcl 2和Fas/APOObjective:To investigate the relationship between the expression levels of bcl 2, Fas/Apo 1 and the pathogenesis of cervical carcinoma. Methods: ELISA(enzyme linked immuno sorbent assay) method was used to detect the serum levels of bcl 2 and Fas/Apo 1 in 21 cases of cervical carcinoma and 18 control cases . Results: The expression levels of bcl 2 in cervical carcinoma cases were(223.563±1.619)U/ml(x-±s), which were significantly higher than those in control group, Which were(66 420±1 401)U/ml(x-±s),P<0.05; the expression levels of Fas/Apo 1 in cervical carcinoma cases were (520 116 ±1 158)ng/L(x-±s),which were significantly lower than those in controls, Which were(638 263 ±1 241)ng/L(x-±s),P<0.05. Conclusion: The expression levels of bcl 2 are significantly higher and the expression levels of Fas/Apo 1 are significantly lower in cervical carcinoma. Both bcl 2 and Fas/Apo 1 may take part in the pathogenesis and development of cervical carcinoma.
