摘  要:目的 :研究血脂与全血粘度、血浆粘度及其相关因素的关系。方法 :以高脂血症大鼠模型 ,大鼠饲以高脂饲料 ,连续 7周测血脂。结果 :血浆TG增加 2倍 ,TC增加 1 3 2倍 ,LDL增加 5 1 8倍 ,而HDL无明显改变。随血浆脂质的升高 ,大鼠血浆粘度也显著增加 ,而红细胞刚性指数、红细胞变形指数及红细胞聚集指数显著下降 ;全血高、中、低切粘度 ,全血还原粘度 ,红细胞计数、红细胞压积及红细胞电泳时间均无明显改变。与此同时 ,血浆纤维蛋白溶酶活性降低而血小板聚集功能增高。结论 :上述结果表明 ,高脂血症主要导致血浆粘度增加 ,纤维蛋白溶酶活性和血小板聚集功能异常改变。Objective: To investagte the relationship between lipoproteinemia and blood viscosity and other relative factors.Methods: The rat hyperlipoproteinemic model was used.Results: It was shown that although there was no change in HDL level, the serum TG, TC and LDL were increased 2, 13.3 and 51.8 times, respectively, compared with that of control after rats were fed high lipid food for 7 weeks. At the same time the serum viscosity and platelet aggregation function rose obviously, and all of elastic, deformability, and aggregation indexes from red blood cells as well as the activity of fibrinolytic enzyme decreased significantly, but without changes of high, midial, and low shear viscosities of whole blood. Conclusion: All above indicate that rat hypelipoproteinemia mainly induces increasing serum viscosity and abnormal changes of fibrinolytic enzyme activity and platelet aggregation function.
