摘　　要：目的 :采用高效液相色谱法测定青果中没食子酸含量。方法 :色谱条件为 :C18柱 ,以甲醇 - 0 .5 %冰醋酸 (15∶ 85 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 71nm。结果 :平均回收率 98.5 4 % ,RSD=1.2 9%。结论 :此法简便 ,灵敏 ,快速 ,可靠 ,重复性好 。Objective:To determine the content of gallic acid in Canarium album Raeusch. by HPLC.Methods:Chromatography conditions:C 18 column with methanol-0.5% glacial acetic acid solution (15∶85) as the mobil phase, detection wavelength at 271 nm.Results:The average recovery was 98.54%, with RSD 1.29%.Conclusion:The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and with good reproducibility.
