无失效数据情形参数的综合估计

摘　　要：本文对指数分布的无失效数据 ,在引进失效信息后 ,在先验分布为 Gamma分布时 ,给出了失效率的多层 Bayes估计和综合 Bayes估计 ,并给出了无失效数据情形可靠度的综合估计 ,还结合实际问题进行了计算。In the paper it is proposed that, when prior distribution of failure rate is in form of Gamma distribution after introducing failure information, Hierarchical Bayesian estimation and synthesize Bayesian estimation of the failure rate in exponential distribution have come from zero failure data, and the synthesize estimation of reliablity of zeor failure data is given. And the calculation is performed regarding to practical problem.
