摘 要:远程参数控制技术日益成为汽车台架模拟试验不可缺少的技术手段。以轿车车身为研究对象 ,利用远程参数控制技术实现了在实验室内对实际道路行驶状况的复现 ,并且对两种载荷作用下的试验数据进行分析对比 。The remote parameter control (RPC) technology proves very effective in the tests of automotive structure durability simulation. Based on the comparison between the results from both the simulation and the road test we can simulate the dynamic strength of automobile structure in door. In this research we have successfully used the RPC technology to reproduce the loads measured in the real road test. Regarding this we come to the conclusion that if the acceleration signals at the axis end on the four wheels are used as the control target, the iteration is convergent, and the strain signals of the car body on the test bed rig is similar to those in the real road test. Therefore, the loads, got from iteration calculation, can be applied to the research on the dynamic strength of automobile structure.
