摘　　要：针对2000版ISO9001标准质量管理体系要求,阐述质量管理体系策划的主要活动以及过程策划和文件策划的步骤和内容,探讨质量管理体系文件的编写思路和方法,并指出了体系策划与文件编写过程中应注意的问题。In view of the requirements for quality management system of ISO9001:2000,this paper expounds the main activ ities of planning the quality management system,the steps and content of process planning and document planning.It a lso discusses the train of thought and methods of compiling the documents of quality management system and points out problems needing a ttention in the course of system planning and document compil ing.
