摘　　要：本文介绍了牛胶原和猪真皮胶原制备方法、生物学特点以及动物移植的初步效果。结果表明胶原制备简便易行 ,氨基酸含量丰富 ,动物移植胶原材料效果肯定。The method of preparing bovine collagen and pig dermal collagen, biological characteristics and the primary effect of two collagens was investigated by transplanting them into Wistar rats. The results indicated that the collagens were prepared easily, and contained rich amino acids and had positive effect on the transplantation. The study showed that the collagens were the ideal and natural biotic resources for wound repair.
