摘　　要：阐述蛋白质结构建模和功能预测的基本方法以及最新研究进展 ,展望了蛋白质预测技术的前景。We expatiate in this article the basic strategy for construct a protein structure model and the progress in recent researches and look into the future of the world wide effort in structure and function prediction.
