摘　　要：脑卒中患者排泄障碍的存在,对病人的近、远期预后均有显著的影响,文章阐述了脑卒中排泄障碍的发生机制、原因,并重点介绍了排泄障碍的评估方法。Excretion dysfunction of cerebral stroke patients have great effect on their recent and remote prognosis. The mechanism and cause of it are elaborated in this review and the measure method of it is also retroduced.
