摘  要:目的动态观察大鼠缺血边缘区神经细胞与微循环形态学改变。方法采用线栓并环扎的方法建立大鼠局灶脑缺血动物模型,用单片脑组织TTC染色定位方法确定缺血中心区与边缘区。结果缺血3h和再灌3h边缘区即可见正常组织和缺血组织交错存在。缺血6h以后中心区与边缘区分界尚不清,脑组织的损伤和水肿进一步加重。缺血12h后缺血中心区和边缘区分界明显,呈裂隙状改变,并在中心区可见片状出血灶。结论神经细胞和微循环的缺血性改变发生在缺血3h,缺血3h边缘区可见以小血管为中心的缺血小区,正常组织和缺血组织交错存在。缺血12h缺血与正常组织分界清楚,可见中心靠边缘区小血管出血。Objective Dynamic observed morphologic change of neuron and microcirculation in cerebral ischemia margin zone of rat.Methods The new model of regional cerebral infarction was established using the thread to embolize and fasten the internal carotid artery.Using TTC dye and single slice cerebral tissue orientation confirmed ischemia margin and center zone.Results The pathological morphologic characteristic in marginal zones of 3 h ischemia followed by 3 h reperfusion were neuron swelling,necleus excursion and dark dyed,swelling around neuron,astrocities swelling,framework of nerves tissue sparsness capillary vessel cavity dilatation,tissues swelling around blood vessel.6 h after ischemia,a strip for distinguishing central and marginal areas was not obvious and more serious cerebral tissue damage and swelling were obsered.12 h after ischemia,dividing line distinctness between ischemic center and marginal zone was clear,it showed the gap appearance and the haemorrhagic slices were also found in the central area.Conclusion The ischemic changes of neuron and microcirculation were found 3 h after ischemia,and ischemia small areas centrlized by small vessles were observed.The normal tissues and ischemic tissues were interlocked.3 h after reperfusion,swelling of ischemic marginal areas were obviously observed.12 h after ischmia,normal tissues and ischemic tissdues were clearly distinguished.And haemorrhagic infrction were found in the zone of central areas close to the marginal areas.
