摘　　要：目的　探讨眼球壁先天异常声像学表现及其诊断价值。方法　回顾性分析 78例 (12 6眼 )眼球壁先天异常声像学表现。结果　先天性脉络膜缺损声像图表现为自视盘上缘或下缘向下的局限性球壁向后膨突 ;膨突后缘陡峭、前缘平滑 ,与极周边球壁无明显界限。先天性视盘缺损和牵牛花综合征声像图上视盘处球壁弧形光带中断 ,该区眶内梯形低回声区 ,视神经回声与梯形区底部相连 ,二者间为强回声带状物并伴彗星征。先天性小眼球合并眼眶囊肿表现为眼球各径线缩短 ,眼眶内见大的无回声液性暗区 ,透声良好 ,可压缩性明显。Objective To evaluate echography appearances and diagnosis value of congenital abnormal of the eyeball wall.Methods 126 eyes echography appearances of congenital abnormal of the eyeball wall were reviewed.Resultes Echography of congenital coloboma of choroid showed local protrusion backward of eyeball wall from superior or inferior edge of optic disc,which is posterior edge sharply and prior edge smoothy,no boundary from exterior eyeball wall.Congenital coloboma of the optic disc and morning glory syndrom showed disconnection of arc glossy band on the optic disc of eyeball wall and ladder-shaped hypoecho in echography.The echo of the optic nerve connective with the bottom of ladder-shaped area.There are hyperecho glossy band and comet sign bettwen them.Congenital microphthalmos with orbital cyst showed shorten in all diameter.There being non-echo liquid dark area.Conclusion Echography examination may provide diagnotic fondation to congenital abnormal of eyeball wall.
