非穿透性小梁手术治疗原发性开角型青光眼的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨非穿透性小梁手术 (non- penetrating trabecular surgery,NPTS)治疗原发性开角型青光眼 (primary open angle glaucoma,POAG)的临床疗效。方法　对 2 9例 (36只眼 )原发性开角型青光眼患者进行非穿透性小梁手术 ,术后 3天开始按摩眼球 ,持续 7～ 8周 ,观察视力、眼压、视野变化。结果　随访 4～ 9.5个月 ,平均 6 .41± 2 .5 3个月。术前平均眼压 2 8.14± 8.4m m Hg(1mm Hg=0 .133k Pa) ,术后 4个月平均眼压 14.9± 2 .3mm Hg。治疗前后眼压差异具有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。所有病例术前、术后视力视野无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。术后前房出血 1只眼 ,浅前房 2只眼 ;无炎症、脉络膜脱离等并发症发生。结论　 NPTS是一种治疗 POAG安全。Objective To study the effect of non-penetrating trabecular surgery(NPTS) in primary open-angle glaucoma(POAG).Methods 36 eyes of 29 patients with POAG were underwent NPTS.Massaging eyeball 3 days after operation,last 7-8weeks.The postoperative intraocular pressure(IOP),vision and visual field were analysised.Results Following up 4 to 9.5 months,average 6.41 to 2.53 months.The mean intraocular pressure of 36 eyes was 28.14±8.4mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa) before operation.After operation,the mean IOP was 14.9±2.3mmHg in 4 months.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The vision?the visual field had no significant changes(P>0.05).There is hyphema in 1 eye is and shallow anterior chamber in 2 eyes.None showed serious postoperative complication,such as inflammation and retina detachment.Conclusion NPTS is an effective method for the treatment of POAG.
