摘　　要：目的 :分析白内障超声乳化吸除术中患者血压升高的原因。方法 :10 0例白内障患者随机分为两组 ,各 5 0例 ,手术时一组用局部注射麻醉法 ,另一组用表面麻醉法。通过监护仪监测此 10 0例白内障超声乳化吸除术患者术中血压的变化情况。两组结果予以比较。结果 :局麻组术中血压升高的发病率明显高于表麻组 ,血压升高主要发生在局部注射、上直肌固定、电凝这些疼痛明显的操作过程。结论Objective:To analyse the causes of elevation of blood pressure during phacoemulsification.Methods:100 cataract patients were randomized into two groups,with 50 patients in each group.Patients were operated under local injected anesthetics in group 1,and under surface anesthesia in group 2.The changes of blood pressures during emulsification were observed with monitor instrument,and compared between 2 groups.Results:The number of elevation of blood pressure in local injected anesthesia group was more than that in surface anesthesia group,the difference is significant stastically.Elevation of blood pressure occurred mainly during painful procedures,such as injection of local anesthetics,fixation of superior rectus muscle,and electrocoagulation of conjunctiva.Conclusion:During phacoemulsification,pain is the main cause of elevation of blood pressure.
