摘 要:分离收集到135株Rhizopus及23株Aspergillus,经过初筛、复筛、最后选出一株优良菌株Aspergillus A-19,其生长速度、生长量、所产酶离析植物细胞的活力均优于其它菌株。其酶液对9个科16种植物组织实验材料具有明显的单细胞离析作用,其粗酶对甘蓝、豇豆、水稻及大麦等叶肉组织的离析活力比日本产品Macerozyme R-10强。A—19, a strain of Aspergillus, was found after repeatedly screening from 135 isolates of Rhizopus and 23 isolates of Aspergillus. The strain was the best one to produce enzymes that were capable of macerating the plant tissues into individual cells of 16 species in 9 different high plant families. The strain had higher hyphae growth rate, better mycelium yield and higher pectinase activity as compared to other isolates. In comparison with Macerozyme R—10, a Japanese product, the crude enzyme of A—19 was more effective on mesophyll cell maceration of cabbage, string bean, rice and barley.
