摘　　要：介绍了采用 IGBT作开关的全固态调制器 ,并讨论了采用 IGBT的驱动电路和保护电路的设计 ,着重介绍了某 X波段气象雷达发射机调制器的设计。This paper introduces switching of all-solid-state modulator using IGBT and discusses the design methods of driven circuit and protected circuit of IGBT. Design of the modulator of the X band weather radar transmitter is emphasized.
