摘  要:〔目的〕确定大肠杆菌的白色葡萄球菌最适生长温度、酸度及药物抑菌的最低用药浓度和药物促菌的最高用药浓度。〔方法〕用微量量热仪测定了大肠杆菌和白色葡萄球菌在给定条件下生长的热功率———时间曲线 ,按限制性条件下微生物生长模型进行了数学处理。〔结果〕得到了在不同温度、不同酸度、不同浓度下的抑菌药物和促菌药物作用下的生长速率常数 ,找出了它们之间的关系。〔结论〕对于深入研究微生物生长规律及筛选抑菌特效药和促菌营养药具有重要意义。睴bjective〕 To determine the proper temperature and acidity for microorganism growth and the lowest and highest concentrations of drugs with fungistatic or promoting effects. 〔Methods〕 The power-time curves of microorganism growth and different concentrations of drugs with fungistatic or promoting effects were determined using 2277 thermal activity monitor. Using a logistic model, the growth rate consistent at different temperature, acidity, concentrations of drugs with fungistatic or promoting effects were calculated. 〔Results〕 The optimal temperature and acidity for microorganism growth and the lowest and highest concentrations of drugs with fungistatic or promoting effects were obtained. 〔Conclusions〕 This study is very meaningful for study on rules of microorganism growth and screening of drugs with fungistatic or promoting effects.
