摘  要:介绍了脱墨浆中总油墨粒子浓度、残留油墨粒子浓度和原浆油墨粒子浓度的测量方法,并测定了广州造纸有限公司80t/d和250t/d的ONP/OMG脱墨生产线各主要部位脱墨浆的上述油墨粒子浓度。首次提出理论脱墨效率和实际脱墨率的概念,并推荐作为评价脱墨生产线脱墨效率的方法。根据广纸油墨粒子浓度测定的数据,计算出该厂80t/d和250t/d脱墨生产线各阶段的理论脱墨效率和实际脱墨率,结果表明:不同碎解机、浮选机和精选机的筛缝宽度对理论脱墨效率和实际脱墨率的影响很大。The methods for determination of the concentration of total ink,residual ink and original pulp ink were introduced.The ink concentrations of deinked pulps from different parts of the80t/d and250t/d ONP/OMG deinking lines in Guangzhou Paper Mill were determined.As a recommended method for evaluation of the deinking processes,the theoretical deinking efficiency and actual deinking rate at different stage of both deinking lines in Guangzhou Paper Mill were calculated and then evaluated the deinking processes.The results showed that the effects of different repulper,flotation cell and the slot width of fine screen were very important on the theoretical deinking efficiency and actual deinking rate.
