摘　　要：“社会技术”是技术大家庭中的一个重要成员 ,是人类改造社会的实践性知识体系 ;社会技术是社会科学发生作用的中间环节 ;社会技术与自然技术既有联系又有区别 ;Social Technology' is an important member of the big technological family, and is the practical system of knowledge with which human beings reform the society. It is the intermediary link through which different kinds of social science perform their respective function. It is both connected with natural technology, and different from it. Social technology is a fundamental problem in the sphere of technological philosophy.
