摘　　要：投资决策应多角度、全方位地反映评价企业的综合竞争力和投资价值。传统分析方法多以财务指标为主 ,而对人力资源、企业规模、市场前景等不易量化的因素较少考虑 ,从而影响对企业竞争力的综合评价。为解决这一问题 ,本文采用模糊聚类分析方法 ,提出了指标体系的设置、数据资料的处理、隶属函数的建立等一整套评价办法 ,并对我国 2 0 0The most investment analysis does not include factors such as human resource,firms productivity,long term market perspective, etc.Ouing to the difficulties in assessment, the results of analysis may be biased.The application of fussy subsets method offers a capable solution to this problem.This essay analyses and calculates comprehensive competence of listing cement manufacturers of China before 2001 via index system, that is, constructing,data processing,function forming, and mathematics calculating.
