脑缺血及再灌流大鼠右心耳肌细胞特殊颗粒变化的形态计量研究

摘  要:运用透射电镜及形态计量学方法 ,对脑缺血再灌流大鼠右心耳肌细胞心房特殊颗粒进行了观察和定量研究。发现脑缺血 30min及再灌流不同时程 ,其特殊颗粒的数量、体密度、数密度、表面积密度均明显小于正常对照组 ;再灌流 15min与缺血 30min组之间差别无显著性 ;而再灌流 7d与缺血 30min组比较 ,颗粒数量、体密度、数密度及表面积密度均有增加。提示脑缺血再灌流期心房肌细胞心钠素分泌释放增加 ,表明心钠素参与脑缺血再灌流的病理生理过程。Atrial specific granules (ASG) in the right atrial auricle cardiocytes in rat after cerebral ischemia and recirculation were observed and quanitatively studied by using transmission electron microscope and morphometry. The number, volume density, numerical density and surface density of ASG in the cerebral ischemia for 30 min and the recirculation for 15 min and 7 th day were significantly smaller than those in the controls. The number, volume density, numerical density and surface density of ASG in the recirculation for 7 th day significantly increased as compared with that in the ischemia for 30 min, but it had no difference between the recirculation for 15 min and the ischemia for 30 min. These findings suggest that both secretion and release of atrial natriuretic peptide be increased after cerebral ischemia and recirculation, which may contribute to the course.
