摘　　要：广东工业大学与东莞市石龙镇以“石龙科技基金”为纽带,在高校和地方政府、企业间探索了一条“官、产、学、研”合作的新路,密切了高校和地方的联系,促进了地方经济的发展,提高了高等学校的教学、科研水平,是一种高校与地方科技合作的成功模式。Based upon the connection of'Shilong R&D Funds',Shilong Town and Gu angdone Univers ity of Technology find out a new kind of cooperation of'Governm ent,Enterprises,Universities and Institutes'among universities,local governme nts and enterprises,which strongly relate s universities and local government s,prom otes the development of local economics,improves the teaching and research abili ties of universities.It is demonstrated to be a successful collaboration between universitites and local governments.
