摘　　要：从影响企业创新的制度现状着手,提出了企业创新的制度环境建设。认为只有在良好的制度环境下,企业创新才能进入良性循环轨道,企业取得持久的竞争力和持久发展才有保证。Beginning with the current situati on of influence of the system an innovations in an enterprise,theis article advancea environment construction of this system.It is argued t hat only in a good environment,can in no-vations in an enterjprise enter a vir tuous circle ensuring that the enterprise acquires lasting competitive prwer and sustaened development.
