摘　　要：将不确定度原理引入测量系统分析 ,并对测量系统不确定度的动态性进行探讨研究 ,提出了基于灰色模型。The analysis of the measurement system with the principle of uncertainty, and the dynamitic character of uncertainty on measurement system is described. Then, a modeling method about precision losing function which is based on grey model, time sequence and neural network is presented.
