摘　　要：企业ERP是现代企业管理的一个标志 ,是企业先进管理技术应用的一个典范。在分析国内企业ERP应用方面存在的问题的基础上 ,提出了动态企业模型的管理思想 。The ERP of an enterprise indicates the level of modern enterprise administration, and it is a model of advanced administrative technology application of an enterprise. This paper analysed the problems of ERP application of an enterprise in our country,put forward administration ideas of a dynamic enterprise model, and discusse the standard platform of an enterprise overhaul and reengineering of business process.
