用信息化改造陕西传统冶金行业的战略思考

摘　　要：西部大开发 ,继交通、能源等基础建设之后 ,矿产资源开发将成为又一热点和支柱产业。陕西省地域内单位面积矿产资源潜在价值位列全国第二。抢抓国家用信息化改造传统产业的政策机遇 ,对陕西传统冶金行业进行科学整合重组和信息化改造提升 ,是陕西冶金走出困境而崛起 ,由“夕阳工业”变为“朝阳工业” 。Based on the police of development of the West Area of China, mineral resources utilization will be the next popular and the mainstay industries after the construction of the transportation and the energy industries of the west area. Among all the provinces and cities, the potential value of underground resources per square land of Shaanxi Provinces is ranked No.2. It is therefore important to grasp the opportunity to reform current industries with modern information technology. It is the right time to referm and integrate the metallurgical industries with information technology, depening on which the Shaanxi metallurgical industries will extricate itself from a difficult position, and become a daybreak industry instead of a sunset one. This also is a turning point of the Shaanxi metallurgical industries to be one of the mainstay industries of the economics of the Province.
