外周原始神经外胚叶肿瘤的临床病理分析及免疫组化观察

摘　　要：目的　研究外周原始神经外胚叶肿瘤 (pPNET)的特征及其鉴别诊断。 方法　采用光镜和免疫组化法对 4例pPNET进行观察。结果　肿瘤组织主要由小圆形细胞组成 ,部分为梭形细胞 ,免疫组化结果显示肿瘤细胞除表达CD99外 ,还表达两种或两种以上的神经性标记。结论　pPNET是一种高度恶性的软组织肿瘤 ,其诊断除了直接的病理形态学证据之外 。Objective\ To study the features of peripheral primitive neuriectodermal tumor(pPNET) and its differential diagnosis. Methods\ Light Microscopy and SP immunohistochemical stains were performed in four cases of pPNET. Results\ pPNET was mainly composed of small round cells or partly spindle cell.Tumor cell expressed not only positive of CD\-\{99\}, but also at least two or more than two positive neural markers. Conclusion\ pPNET is a rare highly malignant soft tissue tumor. The diagnosis of pPNET must be established or differentiated by immunohistichemistry apart from direct evidence of morphology of pathology.
