胃癌与谷胱甘肽S-转移酶M1基因缺失相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨GSTM 1基因缺失与胃癌的关系。方法　应用PCR技术对皖南地区 88例汉族健康人和 32例胃癌患者的GSTM 1基因进行检测。结果　 32例胃癌患者中GSTM1基因缺失者 2 5例 ,GSTM1 (- / - )基因型频率为 78.1 % ;88例健康人中GSTM1基因缺失者 50例 ,GSTM 1 (- / - )基因型频率为 56 .8% ,两组差异具有显著性 (χ2 =4.55 ,P <0 .0 5)。结论　GSTMObjective\ To study the correlations between the deletion of the gene of GSTM1 and gastric cancer. Methods\ The polymerase chain reaction was used for the detection of GSTM1 genotypes in cases with gastric cancer (n=32) and normal controls (n=88)from the south area of Anhui Province. Results\ The deletion rate of GSTM1 gene in the cases of gastric cancer was 78.1%, in normal controls 56.8%. The difference was statistically signifinant(χ\+2=4.55, P<0.05). Conclusion\ The deletion of GSTM1 gene may be related with susceptibility to gastric cancer.
