激光虹膜后粘连松解术106例分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨激光松解虹膜后粘连的有效方法。方法　对因多种原因所致的虹膜后粘连 1 0 6例 1 39眼分别用Nd :YAG激光、氪激光及二者联合 3种方法进行击射以松解粘连。结果　 1 39眼中 1 2 1眼 (87 0 5 % )完全松解 ,1 8眼不完全松解。Objective To study the effect of laser lysis on posterior synechia.Methods Three different methods:Nd:YAG,Krypton,Nd:YAG and Krypton laser were performed on posterior synechia respectively.Results 121 eyes (87 05%) were lysed completely,18 eyes were lysed partly.Conclusion Laser lysis is a safe and effective method to resolve posterior synechia.
