青光眼滤过性手术浅前房的原因分析和预防探讨

摘　　要：目的　探讨青光眼滤过手术后前房延缓形成的机制 ,寻求预防的有效途径。方法　术前皮质类固醇滴眼 ,术后给以 2 %后马托品滴眼及 2 0 %甘露醇静脉滴注。结果　青光眼滤过手术 84例 1 0 4眼 ,预防组33眼 ,术后发生浅前房 2眼 ,占 6.1 % ;对照组 71眼 ,术后发生浅前房 2 5眼 ,占 35 .2 % ,统计结果P <0 .0 1 ,差异有高度显著性。结论　皮质类固醇、睫状肌麻痹剂及高渗脱水剂应用可有效地减少青光眼滤过手术后前房延缓形成的发生率。Objective To study the mechanism of the delayed formation of anterior chamber after glaucoma filtrating operation,and search for an effective way to prevent lt.Methods Corticosteriod drop was used before operation,and 2% homatropine eyedrop,intravenous injection with 20% mannitol injecta were used to prevent shallow anterior chamber.Results There were 84 cases,of which 104 eyes received glaucoma filtered operation.Of the 33 eyes for preventing group,two eyes occurred shallow anterior chamber after operation,accounting for 6 1%.Of the 71 eyes for comparative group,25 eyes occurred shallow anterior chamber,accounting for 35 2%.The statistic result shows an extraordinary difference.Conclusion The use of corticosteroid,mydriatic cycloplegic and hypertomic dehydrator can effectively decrease the incidence of shallow of anterior chamber after operation.
