摘  要:目的 探讨灭囊灵杀灭猪囊尾蚴的作用机理。方法 应用PAGE和薄层扫描技术 ,观察灭囊灵对体外培养猪囊尾蚴虫体蛋白质组分及含量的影响。结果 灭囊灵组囊尾蚴蛋白经PAGE可分离出 17~ 2 5条蛋白带。经薄层扫描分析 :灭囊灵 0 6ml、1 2ml和 2 4ml三个剂量组在 70~ 75区段蛋白扫描无峰 ;0 6ml组在 10 5~ 110区段峰值最高 ,1 2ml和 2 4ml剂量组在 110~ 115区段峰值最高。峰面积积分值占 8%以上者为高峰带 ,0 6ml和 2 4ml组可见 6个高峰 ,1 2ml组可见 5个高峰。以上三项指标与原囊尾蚴和空白对照组均有明显差别。Aim To inquire into the mechanism of action which killing Cysticercus cellulosae with Mienangling Methods To observe the effect on component and content of protein which cultured Cysticercus cellulosae in vitro with Mienangling Results Cysticercus cellucolase could be seperated into 17~25 pieces protein belt by PAGE in Mienangling group By thin layer scan analyse,0 6ml,1 2ml and 2 4ml three dosage of Mienangling showed no peak in 70~75 zone The highest peak value in 0 6ml group is in 105~110 zone The highest peak value of 1 2ml and 2 4ml is in 110~115 zone During investigating the intergral value of peak area above 8% is in peak belt,we can see 6 peaks in 0 6ml and 2 4ml group,and 5 peaks in 1 2ml group The above three index have evident difference between Cysticercus cellulosae and control groups Conclusion Mienangling have significance effect on the component and content of protein of cysticercus cellulosae
