摘 要:通过对山东省徐长卿种质资源的搜集和调查,测定徐长卿种子样品的净度、千粒重、含水量、发芽率、生活力等指标,并初步制订了徐长卿种子的质量分级标准。结果表明:优良的徐长卿种子净度90%以上,千粒重5.0g以上,含水量9.0%以下,发芽率90%以上;采用TTC法可测定徐长卿种子活力,当TTC浓度为0.5%、浸种24 h、染色3 h时,测定效果较好,种子生活力平均90%左右;初步将徐长卿种子质量标准分为三个等级。By collecting and investigating the germplasm resources of Cynanchum paniculatum in Shan-dong Province , the seed neatness , thousand seed weight , moisture content , germination rate and viability were measured, and the seed quality classification standard was preliminarily established .The results showed that the neatness of good Cynanchum paniculatum seed was above 90%,the thousand seed weight was above 5.0 g,the moisture content was below 9.0%,and the germination rate was above 90%.The TTC method could be used for determination of seed viability of Cynanchum paniculatum and had better effect when the TTC concen-tration was 0.5%after soaking for 24 hours and staining for 4 hours.And the average seed viability was about 90%.The seed quality of Cynanchum paniculatum was preliminarily classified into three grades .
