滨螺不同组织器官对重金属富集能力及其食用安全评价

摘  要:采用分光光度法,对重金属Cu、Zn在烟台滨螺体内不同组织和器官中的含量和分布特征进行了测定分析。结果表明,在滨螺软体部分足部、头部、肌肉组织和内脏囊中重金属Cu的含量分别为2.1、6.2、5.5、20.8mg/kg,重金属Zn的含量分别为1.1、0.8、1.0、2.6mg/kg,内脏囊中含量最高,其它三个组织含量差别不大。培养3 d后Cu、Zn在不同组织中的含量均下降,内脏囊中降幅最大。滨螺体内重金属Cu含量低于国家和行业标准的安全限量。The content and distribution features of heavy metal Cu and Zn in the soft tissues and organs of Littorina from Yantai coast were analyzed by spectrophotometry .The results indicated that the content of Cu and Zn in feet, head, muscle and visceral sac were 2.1, 6.2, 5.5, 20.8 mg/kg and 1.1, 0.8, 1.0, 2.6 mg/kg separately .Visceral sac was the organ containing the most Cu and Zn , while other three tissues had lit-tle difference.After culturing for 3 days, the content of Cu and Zn in different tissues all decreased , among which , visceral sac had the largest decreasing amplitude .Based on our study , the content of Cu in Littorina from Yueliang Bay was less than the safety limit of national and industry standards .
