视力训练法在Tetraflex可调节人工晶状体植入术后的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:观察视力训练法对植入可调节IOL患者术后视功能恢复的疗效。方法:选取行可调节IOL植入术患者96例随机分为实验组和对照组,对比研究两组术后远、近视力和术后视疲劳的情况。结果:两组术后15天、1个月和3个月,近视力提高和视疲劳改善差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组远视力的提高无明显差异。结论:可调节人工晶状体患者进行视力训练能够提高患者术后近视力,明显减轻术后视疲劳症状。Objective:To obverse the efficacy of the vision training on implantation of the Tetraflex accommodating intraocular lens postoperative visual function recovery. Method:96 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The postoperative distance and near visual acuity and postoperative visual fatigue were observed and compared.Results:In the 15, 30 and 90 days follow-up after surgery, the vision training group had better near visual acuity and lowed symptoms of visual fatigue than that of the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in distance visual acuity between the two groups. Conclusion:Tetraflex accommodating intraocular lens postoperative visual training can significantly promote the reconstruction of near visual acuity, reduce symptoms of visual fatigue.
