摘　　要：目的总结Duchenne型肌营养不良(DMD)患者的心肌酶、心电图和超声心动图改变的特点。方法选择经过肌肉免疫病理dystrophin检查确诊的45例DMD患者,从心肌酶、心电图和超声心动图检查资料进行回顾分析。结果 45例DMD患者均有不同程度的心肌酶升高,其中以血肌酸激酶(CK)升高为主;所有患者行心电图检查,33例(73.3%)异常,以窦性心动过速和窦性心律不齐最多见;行超声心动图检查25例,有异常患儿10例,均为7岁以上的患者。结论充分认识DMD患者的心脏损害情况,对早期诊断、早期预防、延缓DMD发展和延长患者的寿命具有重要意义。Objective To summarize the changes of blood serum myocardial enzymes,electrocardiograms and echocardiography of Duchenne muscular dystrophy( DMD). Methods Forty-five cases of DMD patients who were diagnosed by immunopathology muscle dystrophin were chosen and a retrospective statistical analysis was performed on cardiac enzymes,electrocardiograms and echocardiography data.Results The blood serum myocardial enzymes of the 45 patients were higher than normal,especially the creatine kinase( CK). 33 of 45 patients had abnormal electrocardiograms changes,most of which were sinus tachycardia and sinus arrhythmia. 10 of 25 patients had abnormal echocardiography changes,who were over the age of 7. Conclusion It is very important to fully understand the pathological change characteristics of the cardiac in DMD patients and to diagnose and prevent early in order to retard the progress of disease and prolong the life of DMD patients.
