摘　　要：目的 :本文探讨和总结了双侧三叉神经痛的发生率、发病因素及治疗方法 ,并提出了对三叉神经痛的治疗方法。方法 :对 1119例患者中的 13例双侧三叉神经痛进行随访 ,随访时间为 2～ 14年 ,并对其治疗效果进行统计。结果 :本组资料统计结果 ,双侧三叉神经痛在单侧患者中所占比例为 1.16 %,无明显发病因素 ,其治疗的总有效率为 6 1.5 %。结论 :对双侧三叉神经痛的发病率各种资料结果显示 ,总体在 1～ 10 %,发病因素不明显 ,各种治疗方法中以三叉神经半月节微血管减压奇迹与射频温控热凝术较有效。Objective:This paper discuss and analyse the incidence rate,etiology and therapy.We put forward the therapy of bilateral trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:A survery of 13 cases of bilateral trigeminal neuralgia among 1 119 cases was made in a follow period 2～14 years.Results:The constitution rate of bilateral trigeminal neuralgia case in all trigeminal neuralgia cases is 1.16%(13/1 119).Their overall remission rate is 61.5%.Conclusions:The incidence rate of bilateral trigeminal neuralgia is about 1～10%.acconding to literature etiological factor is unknown.Microvesscular depress and radiofregueucy hyperthmia coagulation on gang is effective than other means.
