摘　　要：目的　探讨血清白细胞介素 8(IL8)变化在小儿急性淋巴细胞白血病中的意义。方法　采用夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测 46例急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿血清中IL8水平。结果　急性淋巴细胞白血病 (ALL)患儿治疗前IL8水平显著高于正常对照组 ;ALL患儿治疗有效者IL8水平显著下降 ,无效者仍保持高水平 ,完全缓解时与正常对照组无差异。治疗前IL8水平在无反应者显著高于有反应者。结论　IL8水平的变化可作为ALL的病情及监测治疗反应的一种手段。Objective To study the clinical significance of serum interleukin-8 Levels in patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia(ALL).Method Serum level of interleukin-8 was measured in 46 patients with ALL by Sandwich enzyme linked in immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The level of IL-8 increased significantly(P<0 01) in ALL than in normal controls;and the IL-8 level declined in responding patients after therapy and there were no differences between the complete recover and controls.The IL-8 level before therapy was significantly higher in non-responding patients than in responding patients.Conclusion The changes of IL-8 may serve as a means to observe the condition of ALL patients and supervise their response to treament.
