摘　　要：目的　探讨螺旋CT三维重建在颌面区骨折的实用方法和技巧。方法　对 30例颌面区骨折病人行螺旋CT轴位容积扫描 ,X线准直宽度 1.0～ 2 .0mm ,重建间隔 0 .5～ 1.0mm ,螺距比 1.2 5～ 1.5 0。数据传入工作站 ,用表面遮盖显示法 (surfaceshadeddis play ,SSD)和多平面重建成像 (multiplanereconstructions ,MPR)及容积成像 (volumetricredering ,VR)进行处理。结果　全部病例经SSD、VR和MPR重建处理后 ,能够全面、立体、直观显示骨折线及其移位。Objective To explore the practial method and skill of three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT in fracture of maxillofacial region.Methods 30 patients with fracture of maxillofacial region were scanned by spiral CT,collimation was 1.0～2.0 mm,reconstruction interval 0.5～1.0 mm and pitch 1.25～1.50.All data were transferred to workstation and processed with SSD,MPR and VR.Results All fracture lines and fragment displacements were display accurately and stereoscopically in 3D images with SSD,MPR and VR.Conclusion A high quality three-dimensional image depends on the scanning of original data and the matching of several display methods.
