儿童外伤性白内障术后人工晶体前膜形成的防治体会

摘　　要：目的 :探讨儿童外伤性白内障术后人工晶体前膜形成的防治措施。方法 :回顾分析了 3 3眼人工晶体植入术后前膜形成的治疗措施 :如活动瞳孔、皮质激素治疗、YAG激光等。结果 :治疗后前膜在 2～ 10天消退 ,视力提高。结论 :白内障术后人工晶体前膜形成主要发生在儿童 ,预防应从术前、术中、术后多方面采取措施 ,早期发现 。Objective:To investigate the treatment and prevention of intraocular lens(IOL) membrane after intraocular lens implantation for children's traumatic cataract Methods:33 cases with IOL membrane were dealt with activating the pupil,corticosteroid or YAG laser Results:membrane disappeared in 2~10 days after treatment,visual acuities were improved in all cases Conclusion:The rate of membrane formation in children's traumatic cataract is more than that happened in adults.The prevention would take place before,after and during the operation.The key of treatment is to observe closely and treat as early as possibl
