摘　　要：本文提出了一个基于Web的实时交互教学环境模型,并在此基础上利用Java、ActiveX技术开发了一个多点实时语音远程交流系统。该系统为异地师生提供了一个基于Web的虚拟教室——“Web教室”用来进行远程教学活动。The essay presents a real time interactive teaching environment mode based on Web,and develops a multi-points real time phonetics distant interactive system by using Java, Activex.The system provides a mimic Web classroom for students and teachers who separate from each other -'Web classroom'is used to carry out distant teaching activities.
