摘　　要：针对如何方便快捷筛选鉴定阳性克隆 (重组质粒 ) ,本文在实验室研究的基础上 ,创建了一种结合聚合酶链式反应简便快筛选鉴定阳性克隆的方法 .用 Triton裂解液裂解菌落 ,离心后上清作为模板 ,再用特异引物进行PCR扩增 ,2 h就可以得出结果 .本方法具有节约省时 ,重复性好 ,结果直观 ,准确等优点 .In the paper, a new method has been constructed with 5% TritonX-100 lysis buffer and polymerase chain reaction(PCR) for scalping and identifying positive recombination plasmid conveniently and fast. The correct results can be gotten during two hours using this method. The results show that the method can save time and money,and it is direct and accurate.What`s more,the results can be repeated well and fast.This will offer helps for molecular biology study.
