摘 要:为了探讨雏鸡脑软化症的氧化与抗氧化特性 ,实验测定了雏鸡脑软化症病例体内能够准确反映机体氧化与抗氧化系统的 6项指标。结果表明 ,发生脑软化症的雏鸡血清、大脑中自由基含量增高 ,同时抗氧化能力增强 ,而小脑中自由基含量明显降低 ,同时谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性大幅度降低 ,表明小脑软化症是因小脑受氧化攻击所致 ,存在谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的耗竭现象。当发生脑软化症后 ,小脑的代谢降低 。The sex indexes was tested which renected the oxidaave status and the anti-oxidative function accurately in chickens suffered from encephalomaIacia to explore oxidative and anti-oxidative characteristics of chicken encephaIomalacia.The result showed that:The content of free radical in senm and cerebrum in chicken sufered from encephalomalacia was very high.Meanwhile the anti-oxidative ability was very high.But the content of free radical in cerebellum was very low and the ativity of GSH-px was very low.This indicated that the encephalomalacia of cerebellum in chicken was resulted from the attack of free radical and exhaustion of GSH-px.When chicken was suffered from encephalomalacia,the metabolism of cerebellum was low and the product of free radical decreased.
