摘 要:目的 探讨集束电极 (多弹头 )射频 (RF)对正常肝脏组织及全身的影响。方法 将 2 5头 1 5kg的猪随机分为A、B、C、D、E 5组 ,分别对其RF作用前及作用后 1、3、5、7、1 4d的肝功能及病理学改变进行观察。结果 1周内肝功能出现一过性改变 ,1周后恢复正常 ;作用后第 3~ 7天凝固坏死范围最大 ,7~ 1 4d凝固坏死区外的肝脏炎性改变恢复正常。结论 集束电极射频对肝毁损确切 ,肝功能及凝固区外的肝组织也将出现暂时性改变 。Objective To evaluate the effect of radiofrequency thermal ablation (RFA) on normal liver and whole body by using a cluster array of 10 separate electrodes. Methods Twenty five ordinary small pigs were randomly divided into 5 groups. RF ablation were preformed on porcine liver of every group in vivo with a standardized RF application (500 mA for 8±1.3 min). The animals were sacrificed and the liver functions and pathology were observed before and 1, 3, 5, 7, and 14 d after RF ablation. Results Hepatic function had temporal changes within 1 week and recovered after 1 week. The diameter of coagulation necrosis was biggest in the group with RF ablation at 3-7 d. The inflammatory changes of liver around coagulation necrosis was recovered normal in 7-14 d. Conclusion These findings suggest that radiofrequency thermal ablation of liver does harmful to the liver functions and the tissue around the necrosis, but the changes are temporal and will be recovered in 1 week.
