摘　　要：对变性淀粉 (主要是氧化淀粉和羧甲基淀粉 )作洗涤助剂的应用情况进行了综述。由众多研究可知 ,变性淀粉作为一种价廉、无污染的洗涤助剂 。The applications of modified starches including oxidized starch and carboxymethyl starch as builders in detergent were summarized. A lot of work showed that modified starches are cheap and non pollution builders, and they would have extensive applications in the detergent industry.
