摘　　要：结扎兔双侧颈总动脉与左侧椎动脉,成功地制作了急性不完全性脑缺血模型。手术简便易行,模型稳定。结扎动脉前、后有氢清除法,测前脑皮层局部血流量。结扎后2小时脑血流量可下降64.12%;血气分析 PO_2、Q_2sat、O_2cont 均明显下降。缺血4小时取前脑皮层电镜观察,见到线粒体有肿胀破坏现象。A model of acute incomplete cerebral ischemia wasmade following bilateral carotid arteries and left vertebralartery ligation in rabbits.This method is very easy.Thelocal blood flow in frontal cerebral cortex was measuredby hydrogen gas clearance method before and afterligation.After the three-vessel ligation for 2 hours,theresults showed that cerebral blood flow was reduced by64.12%,that the decrease or the PO_2,O_2 sat and O_2contwere obvious too.After the three-vessel ligation for 4hours,collection of the cerebral cortiex were examined bythe electron-microscopy,the results showed thatmitochondrias became swelling or rupture.
