护士为中毒病人洗胃时自我保护意识的调查研究

摘　　要：为了解护士为中毒病人洗胃时的中毒情况 ,以问卷调查法对我院急诊科参加过 10 6例农药中毒病人抢救的护士进行调查。结果 :在 10 6例中 ,有80例次 (75 .4% )护士均出现乏力疲倦 ,76例次(72 .6% )出现头痛、头晕 ;接触 2 8例重度中毒病人后 ,仅有 7.1%的护士血胆碱酯酶在正常范围内。说明护士在为中毒病人洗胃时自我保护意识较差 ,存在自身中毒现象。To understand the intoxication status of nurses as they performed gastrolavage for pesticide poisoning patients, nurses worked in Emergency Department who had participate the rescuing of 106 cases pesticide poisoning were investigated by filling out questionnaire. Results showed that among these nurses, 80 of them (75.4%) developed fatigue, 76 of them (72.6%) developed headache and dizziness. Nurses of treating 28 cases severe pesticide poisoning, only 7.1% of them with normal serum cholinesterase. Suggested that nurses had poor self-protection consciousness, and there was self-poisoning of them when they performed gastrolavage for pesticide poisoning patients.
