肺癌^ (99m)Tc-MIBI显像与PGP表达之间的关系

摘　　要：目的　探讨99mTc-MIBI显像 (摄取率、洗脱率 )与PGP表达之间的关系。方法　肺癌病人 4 4例 ,均未接受放疗或化疗 ,经手术切除肿瘤、病理组织学检查确诊。所有病人于术前行MIBI显像。利用ROI(感兴趣区 )求摄取率 (T/N)及洗脱率 (W/h) ,并与免疫组化所测的PGP表达进行比较。结果　MIBI的摄取率与PGP的表达之间有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,而洗脱率与PGP之间无统计学意义 (P >0 .1)。结论　99mTc -MIBI的摄取率与PGP的表达呈反比 ,99mTc -MIBI洗脱率与PGP的表达关系不明显。 99mTcObjective To correlate the imaging of 99m Tc-MIBI with the expression of P-glycoprotein (PGP) in lung cancer.Methods All patients, undergoing early (30min) and delayed (3h) 99m Tc-MIBI imaging before initiation of chemo- or radiotherapy,were diagnosed pathologically.Immunohistochemical studies were performed using a monoclonal antibody, P-170, developed against the internal epitope of PGP. Normal tissue and tumor washout rate and tumor-to-background ratio were correlated with the level of PGP expression.Results There was an inverse correlation between tumor-to-background ratio and the density of PGP ( P < 0.001 ),whereas there was no appreciable correlation between tumor washout rate of MIBI and the level of PGP expression ( P > 0.1 ).Conclusion The reduced ability for the tumors to accumulate MIBI correlates well with the increased levels of PGP expression,tumor washout rate of MIBI does not correlate with the density of PGP in tumor tissues.
