幽门螺杆菌与复发性阿弗他溃疡

摘　　要：选择复发性阿弗他溃疡 (RAU)患者 6 6例及非 RAU志愿受检者 6 2例 ,设为 RAU组和对照组 ,并将 RAU患者分为轻型、疱疹样和重型 3组 ,分别取口腔粘膜组织切片 ,行 Hp- PCR检测。结果显示 :RAU组幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染阳性率明显高于对照组 ,且 Hp阳性率随溃疡程度加重而升高。提示 :RAU与Sixty cases of recurrent aphthous ulear (RAU) and 62 non RAU volunteers were selected and served as RAU group and control group respectively. The patients in the RAU group were subdivided into subgroups of mild AU,herpetiform AU and severe AU. The sections of the oral mucosa tissues were obtained for helicobacter pylori (Hp) PCR. The results showed that the Hp infection positive rate in RAU group was significantly higher than in the control group. Hp positive rate was postively correlated with the degree of ulcer. It was suggested RAU was related with Hp infection.
