摘　　要：目的　探讨复发性恶性淋巴瘤的新的疗法。方法　大剂量化疗后交替半身放疗 ,总剂量 80 0～ 1 2 0 0cGy。结果　 7例患者顺利完成治疗 ,无严重毒副反应和并发症。结论　交替半身放疗是治疗复发性淋巴瘤的有效方法 。Objective To investigate a new method for treating malignant lymphoma.Methods High dose chemotherapy and hemibody irradiation with a total dose of 800～1200cGy were alternately used to treat the recurrent malignant lymphoma.Results 7 patients were treated and no toxic side effects and complications appeared.Conclusion Alternating hemibody irradiation is effective in treating malignant lymphomas,which should be used widely in the clinical treatment.
